Service Club of Manatee County had a White Party at the home of Active Member Kathy Bell to celebrate our new members and the beginning of our 100th year.  Board members and new members were decked out in white finery to celebrate the occasion.  Champagne and delightful hors d'oeuvres were enjoyed by all.
